Dispatcher Electronic Logging
Reduce interruptions to Dispatch Staff with electronic logging. By capturing
Operator Logging activies directly into ASCE's back-end MIS SQL Server operators
are freed up to concentrate on their jobs and not communicating information to
management. Management can go directly into the MIS Intranet site to view logs.
Supports powerful ad-hoc query capabilities, filtered by date range or category
of Log Note. Be prepared for regulatory audits by preventing SILOs of data like excel or other log books.
The Dispatch Electronic Logging System assures all data is available in archive for
future review and key word search.
Integrates with ASCE's Operator Turnover Note system. The Turnover Note
System enables Operators to
pass notes between shifts to assure incoming Operators are fully briefed on
system conditions and events. The ASCE Electronic Logging System supports
integrates both Dispatch Log and Turnover Notes in a common repository and
framework. This unified archive simplifies reporting across these data sets for
downstream analysis.
